Through memory. As you work, Relay writes small, editable memories — who matters to you, how you like to reply, what a thread is really about — and grounds every brief and draft in them. You can add, edit, or delete any memory at any time.
Will Relay work with my current emails?+
Yes. Relay connects to the account you already have and syncs your history in the background. Nothing moves, nothing migrates — your mail stays exactly where it is, and you can keep using your old client alongside.
How does Relay prioritize emails?+
Auto-Sort reads every incoming thread and classifies it — priority, newsletter, promotion — using your history, relationships, and memory rather than static sender rules. Priority mail always comes first in Relay mode.
What email providers does Relay support?+
Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365 today, with Google Calendar built in. You can connect up to five accounts on Ultimate and move between them in one inbox.
Does Relay store email content?+
Relay syncs your mail to power search, briefs, and memory — encrypted in transit and at rest, with credentials sealed under AES-256. Your content is never used to train models, and everything is deleted when you leave.
Does Relay detect spam and viruses?+
Your provider's protections stay fully in place — Relay sits on top of Gmail and Outlook, not in place of them. Auto-Sort adds its own layer, filing junk out of sight and flagging suspicious asks, like an unrecognized app in your account settings.
Can I talk to Relay with my voice?+
Yes. Relay chat takes dictation — ask for a search, a summary, a draft, or an agent out loud, and read the result when you're ready.
